Brâncoveni

Template:Infobox Romanian subdivision Brâncoveni is a commune in Olt County, Oltenia, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Brâncoveni, Mărgheni, Ociogi, and Văleni. It covers an area of Template:Cvt.[1]

Geography

The commune is situated in the Wallachian Plain, at an altitude of Template:Cvt. It lies on the right bank of the Olt River; the Oltișor flows through Ociogi village.

Brâncoveni is located in the central part of Olt County, Template:Cvt south of the county seat, Slatina.[1] It is crossed by the national road Template:Ill, which runs from Caracal, Template:Cvt to the south, to Râmnicu Vâlcea, Template:Cvt to the north.
