Template:Short description Template:Use dmy dates Betty Limpany was executed by hanging in Devon in 1799.[1][2] She worked as a maid and was accused of arson for burning down her master's house in Kentisbeare.[1][3][4] She was 17 or 18 years old.[1][3]
