Belbeuf (Script error: No such module "IPA".) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
A small town of forestry, farming and a little light industry situated by the banks of the Seine, some Script error: No such module "convert". south of Rouen at the junction of the D6015 and the D7 roads.
