In Turkish, the name is spelled as Eymen. Eymen was the second most popular given name for boys born in Turkey in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.[3][4][5]

An early bearer of the name was Ayman ibn Ubayd, an early Muslim and companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
