Amblyrhynchotes is a genus of pufferfishes native to the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

There are at least two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Amblyrhynchotes honckenii (Bloch, 1785) (evileye blaasop)
- Amblyrhynchotes rufopunctatus S. C. Li, 1962
