675 Ludmilla

675 Ludmilla is a stony (S-type) minor planet orbiting the Sun. It was named after Mikhail Glinka's opera Ruslan and Lyudmila. This asteroid is orbiting at a distance of Script error: No such module "val". from the Sun with an orbital eccentricity of 0.20 and a period of Template:Cvt. The orbital plane is inclined at an angle of 9.8° to the plane of the ecliptic. 675 Ludmilla is spinning with a period of Script error: No such module "val"..[1]
Mass and density
In 2012, a study by Benoît Carry gave a meta-estimate of a mass of Script error: No such module "val". for Ludmilla, based on a single study of its gravitational influence on other Solar System bodies.[2] However, given Ludmilla's diameter of Template:Cvt, this mass implies an extremely high density Script error: No such module "val".. Such a high density is unphysical, so this mass and density estimate of Ludmilla has been rejected by Carry.[2] Because of Ludmilla's small size, its gravitational influence on other bodies is extremely difficult to detect and may lead to highly inaccurate mass and density estimates.[2] A more recent study in 2019 determined a mass of Script error: No such module "val". for Ludmilla, which corresponds to a density of Script error: No such module "val". for a diameter of Template:Cvt.[3]
