Template:Short description Template:Use mdy dates Template:Infobox NFL team season The 2005 season was the Baltimore Ravens' 10th in the National Football League (NFL), their 7th under head coach Brian Billick, and their 4th season under general manager Ozzie Newsome.

They were unable to improve upon their previous output of 9–7, instead going 6–10 and finished the season with double-digit losses for the first time since 1998.[1] and missing the playoffs for the second straight season. The Ravens played on Christmas Day for the first time, defeating the Minnesota Vikings in Baltimore. As of 2024, Baltimore’s 48–3 win over the Green Bay Packers stands as the biggest blowout in Monday Night Football history.

The Ravens went 0–8 on the road for the first time since their inaugural season.
