Restore deleted articles at Requests for Undeletion, as long as they are uncontroversial.
Take part in redirect discussions, and push or close them when not involved as a voter.
Delete articles speedily (and salvage the not bad ones), but that doesn't mean I don't recognize the author or their effort before the imperfect non-standard article is taken out.
