I have reverted the changes made by Weron. This article is about an explicitly American topic, and we should use proper American English grammar. Changing the punctuation to go outside the quotation mark violates the Manual of Style and is in generally impolite. [[User:Neutrality|Neutrality (hopefully!)]] 23:14, Nov 2, 2004 (UTC)
