Maybe if the knot is used as a last resort, then the exclamation would symbolize a disaster in which you would need to use the prusik "back up knot" AFTER it. And the prusik spelled backwards symbolizes its usage as a "back"up knot. So you need to use the "back"ed up word after the exclamation.--Zxcvbnm 00:09, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)
In German, which is what is spoken in Austria where the Prusik knot was created, an exclamation at the end of a sentence implies a command. But there is no verb in the puzzle so it probably is not a command. Just rambling something that might help. Nis81 20:02, Jun 24, 2005 (UTC)

! is the not operator in some programming languages. In Boolean logic, applying a NOT operation inverts the bits. Now !Kisurp backwards would be Prusik!
