Importance scale

The following values may be used for the importance parameter:

Importance The article's importance, regardless of its quality
class="import-top " style="text-align:center; color:inherit; background:Template:Importance/colour; " |Template:C Extremely important, even crucial, to its field, and very significant beyond it. Instrument categories, technical overviews, percussion music theory, main portals.
class="import-high " style="text-align:center; color:inherit; background:Template:Importance/colour; " |Template:C Contributes a substantial depth of knowledge with significant impact in other fields. Percussion instruments, regionally, culturally or genre specific percussion instrument groupings.
class="import-mid " style="text-align:center; color:inherit; background:Template:Importance/colour; " | Template:C Adds important further details within its field, with some impact beyond it. Notable percussionists, notable percussion ensembles, notable percussion instrument makers.
