Article assessment
If you would like to change the assessment of any bowling-related article, discuss it on the assessment page. Article assessment should follow the guidelines below. All assessment changes should also be changed in the table below to reflect the new assessment.
The Template:Tl template has a class= and an importance= parameter which provide an article assessment and importance rating for each article:
- {{WikiProject Bowling|class=???|importance=???}}
The following values may be used for the class parameter. Please note that you must type them exactly as below as they are case-sensitive:
- FA (adds articles to Category:FA-Class bowling articles)
- A (adds articles to Category:A-Class bowling articles)
- GA (adds articles to Category:GA-Class bowling articles)
- B (adds articles to Category:B-Class bowling articles)
- Start (adds articles to Category:Start-Class bowling articles)
- Stub (adds articles to Category:Stub-Class bowling articles)
- NA (for pages where assessment is unnecessary, such as templates; adds items to Category:Non-article bowling pages)
If a rating is not assigned, the article will be filed in Category:Unassessed bowling articles. The class should be assigned according to the grading scheme. A list of Unassessed and In dispute articles can be discussed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Bowling/Assessment.
The following values may be used for the importance parameter. Please note that you must type them exactly as below as they are case-sensitive:
- Top (adds articles to Category:Top-importance bowling articles)
- High (adds articles to Category:High-importance bowling articles)
- Mid (adds articles to Category:Mid-importance bowling articles)
- Low (adds articles to Category:Low-importance bowling articles)
- Unknown (adds articles to Category:Unknown-importance bowling articles)
The parameter is not used if an article's class is set to NA, and may be omitted in those cases.
