Alison, if it's not too much PITA, you might want to check the history of China to see if there is a recent revert that hasn't been reported here. Not everyone reverting the sock is reporting the socks for CU. I'm also thinking of another way around this. SchmuckyTheCat (talk)

As seen in the archives, Peter zhou is a sockmaster who creates dozens of sockpuppets to make specific edits to the articles China and Names of China. The article has been protected for weeks at a time to prevent this. After unprotection, this sockpuppet showed up. I concur. See Nat's talk page history [4]. Nuirei, Sliutu, Fliefreo, Pligrua, Krawrae (and the list of names goes on...) all used similiar chinese words as headings, and make the same comments attacking Nat and his mother. OhanaUnitedTalk page 20:06, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

I've been harrassed by a bunch of sockpuppet accounts vandalising my user page and talk pages.

My suspicion is that the series of sockpuppet accounts are related to User:Peter zhou, based on the facts that:

  1. User:Peter zhou has been the sole representative of the opposing side of a dispute on Talk:China.
  2. The vandalism started on November 11, and the dispute on Talk:China really got going on November 10: see this and subsequent edits.
  3. Since that time, I have not been involved in any other disputes. PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 05:53, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
