Are these one and the same? If so, the anon ip is being used to evade a 48 hour block and both accounts should be blocked for 48 hours (it's a static ip) - if not, it's just a coincidence on Wikipedia talk:Neutral point of view, jguk 14:10, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
