Where is the issue taking place?

The "Foie gras" page under the "production methods" section

Myself (Pasio) and SchmuckyTheCat

What's going on?

SchmuckyTheCat has written this section with a POV. I have repeatedly attemped to make this section neutral. First I removing parts that were not related to production methods but put in there solely to make foie gras sound humane, however SchmuckyTheCat repeatedly restored these, and explained that "Those paragraphs provide necessary context so readers do not anthromorphize geese." This is an attempt to inject his interpretation, his POV, which is not appropriate, and I repeatedly told him to put this in the Contraversy section where it belongs, since these claims are disputed, to no avail. Then I tried instead to add balance to the section by adding contrary claims by anti-foie gras people, but these were repeatedly deleted as well. This person has no interest in NPOV or in allowing anyone else to edit the section. Because of the ongoing edit war, the article is not eligible for the Good Article list, and I have removed it, but this person improperly restores that designation as well. I have given up on improving the section, since SchmuckyTheCat will simply erase any changes I make, and have provisionally deleted the contraversial sections, but again SchmuckyTheCat keeps restoring them. Without any will on his part to work this out or consider keeping the article neutral, I have no recourse but to come to you for third-part assistance.

What would you like to change about that?

I would like for you to tell SchmuckyTheCat that the way he must keep the article neutral, either by removing the parts in dispute (possibly moving them to the Contraversy section) or by allowing contrary claims.
