Where is the issue taking place?

What's going on?

yanksox re-directs the entry to either "vision" or "infant" or "pediatric ophthalmology" and has now slated it for deletion on the grounds of "nonnotable..." It is "notable" enough because of dealing with well-recognized institutions and authorities to have attracted megabucks of backing from National Institute of Health through their National Eye Institute. Reference to it seeming "promotional" strikes me as weird.

What would you like to change about that?

The entry should remain on its own (without redirection to inappropriate sites) at "infant vision"
