Well, I used "(rename)" for the Grawp-registered accounts a few days ago. I didn't think "usurped" was the best option, since it wasn't actually usurped (in that it didn't go through the usual channels, because vandals don't deserve the consideration or respect), and "(rename)" is nice and neutral (rather than "(vandal)", which would "taint" the name directly adjacent to the addendum).
