self nom. Was created to deal with just novels and novelisation-related articles, but with the addition of a List of Doctor Who novellas by Telos, and to allow for possible expansion, it's probably better to rename to Category:Doctor Who books instead, with subcats to be created later when necessary. --khaosworks 18:07, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Virgin Books and Virgin Publishing are linked indelibly to Doctor Who, as they were pretty much exclusively publishing Who-related stuff when they started, same as Target Books. I'm also intending to eventually create a subcat off this, Doctor Who book characters, with characters who appeared in the books (some which have crossed over into other areas, some haven't), and it would be a good spot to put it in. As the Who pages are expanding, more note is being paid to the print side - novels, novellas, short stories, non-fiction, et al., so that's why I'm proposing the rename. --khaosworks 20:46, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
