This page is proposed only - I've been bold and taken the initiative to create it after Jimbo announced the elections procedure, which will be his second proposal. Candidates should create a subpage at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee Elections December 2005/Vote/CANDIDATE, replacing "CANDIDATE" with his/her name, and then copy and paste the following onto the subpage:
