This anon, using an IP registered to the Ateneo de Manila University, has repeatedly vandalized several articles, especially those relating to Regine Velasquez. Has been blocked nine previous times, but returned to the same actions after each block expires. This address is currently blocked for a tenth time after vandalizing three articles.

Also, he may be the same user as blocked user Script error: No such module "user". and the vandal using the 124.104.8x.x range and 124.104.9x.x range (which already has an abuse report still pending for investigation), but that is subject to a checkuser, which may or may not be outside the scope of this investigation.
