This is a direct assignment address for a business, Pharmaceutical Product Development Inc. There were constructive edits from this address until March 2009, when the anon user switched to fighting over the content of Objections to evolution (leading to this exchange, in which the anon user describes self). Most recently the user has escalated to vandalism, adding obscene, slanderous nonsense to a BLP (Desmond Tutu). I think it likely that the business has an interest in discouraging this behavior.
