The 2020 United States census reported that Vine Hill had a population of 4,323. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. The racial makeup of Vine Hill was 51.6% White, 3.3% African American, 1.7% Native American, 11.1% Asian, 0.6% Pacific Islander, 15.7% from other races, and 15.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 30.9% of the population.
The census reported that 99.5% of the population lived in households and 0.5% lived in non-institutionalized group quarters.
