Mayor of Chicago is now at List of mayors of Chicago. It seems you tried to move using copy and paste which should not be done. Please see the instructions on Wikipedia:How to rename (move) a page for further details. The List of mayors of Chicago page had to be deleted before the Major of Chicago could be moved there.
