Question

Is that you who moderate the page on calculators? If that be the case I would like to add th link to www.calcme.com in the External link section. This calculator is advanced. It has no "calculate" button and gives results immediately upon input. Not seen such online. Plus it has calculations that are certainly not present in other online resources.

Best regards

Image thumbnails

Hi there. I have reverted you over at Carnival. Specifying the size of a thumb image is not recommended (per Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Images). If you would like image thumbnails to display at a larger size for you, you can edit your User Preferences (see Help:Preferences), which will enlarge all thumbnails without interfering with others' preferences. Thank you. — mholland (talk) 09:32, 12 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Pro-Union Rally

File:Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Pro-Union Rally has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Wikipedia is not a news outlet to present news reports on breaking stories. You may want to consider working with one of our sister projects Wikisource and Wikinews. See WP:NOT#JOURNALISM

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the Template:Tlc notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing Template:Tlc will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach [[Wikip edia:Consensus|consensus]] for deletion. Status and Advice

As reviewing administrator, I deleted the above article rather than keep the redirect to 2011 Wisconsin protests. It's not really a specific term under which anyone would be likely to search. There have been many thousands of pro-union rallies! I urge you instead to contribute to the main article, and of course to related topics. Remember NPOV-- Wikipedia is not for promotion, however worthy the cause, and neutral writing is sufficient to show the merits of a good position. . DGG ( talk ) 20:57, 15 March 2011 (UTC) .Reply
