AfD nomination of Grand Touring

File:Ambox warning pn.svg

I have nominated Grand Touring, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Grand Touring. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. File:Information.svg Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Game Room, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This is particularly important when adding or changing any facts or figures and helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. For what it's worth, I hope you're right. I'm seeing some blog posts suggesting that's the case, but (a) with limited exceptions, blog posts aren't considered reliable enough and (b) considering it was blogs/tweets that said we'd have it next week and it didn't show, I'll believe it when I see it. No worries, though ... the main thing is to keep in mind that when we add something to an encyclopedia article, it should be verifiable. Thanks for your help, and happy editing! --McDoobAU93 (talk) 14:04, 4 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
The news is from Major Nelson's Twitter account http://twitter.com/majornelson/status/13323235362 - which is already (kind of) referenced... RichB (talk) 14:17, 4 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Battleships (video game)

Notice

The article Battleships (video game) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable video game version of the Battleship game.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the Template:Tlc notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing Template:Tlc will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
