Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Read the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the Sandbox.
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- To sign your name on a talk page, please finish your comments with ~~~~ (four tildes). The wiki will insert a link to your userpage and the timestamp.
- Not every subject needs its own page. Sometimes it is wiser to deal with certain subjects together on one page. See Wikipedia:Merge and Wikipedia:Redirect for some background. You may want to review Avoiding common mistakes to get started quickly.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck! JFW | T@lk 22:42, 12 July 2005 (UTC)
PS Well done on bone marrow transplant. Shall we look for some good references to supplement the already very high quality of the article? There must be several good longitudinal studies on the long-term effects of BMT/HSCT. JFW | T@lk
Thank you!
Tnank you for your contribution to Universal health care. Your assistance is greatly valued.--Tom (talk) 22:51, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Edits
Greetings -
It's my understanding that edit disagreements are best discussed on the talk page of the site where the edits are occurring. Are you OK with that approach? If so I'll leave you a note on the Ghrelin talk page for your response. Thanks!

I'm sorry, I meant Platelets talk page. I'm editing two pages at once and got my wires crossed. I see you have been on WP for awhile - I assume you are familiar with the WP suggestion regarding editing disagreements: to follow "BRD" - Person A (that's you) is to be "Bold" and edit, if original author B (that's me) objects he "Reverts", then if you object to the reversion, a "Discussion" proceeds on the talk page. If there is no resolution, the tie is broken by an Administrator. Are you OK with those steps?

The file File:MtSneffels.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the Template:Tlc notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing Template:Tlc will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 14 May 2019 (UTC)
