File:Information.svg Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Confederate States of America, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. In this context, the word "illegitimate" is your value judgment, and not supported with citation. Thank you. BusterD (talk) 18:12, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
Hi -- I'd like to explain what is wrong with your edit summary for the change you made. In psych terminology, "reinforcement" means anything that increases the incidence of a behavior; things that decrease the incidence are "punishment". "Positive reinforcement" means increasing the incidence by following occurrences with something good; "negative reinforcement" means increasing the incidence by following occurrences with the removal of something bad. So this is in fact negative reinforcement, as the article said before you changed it. Regards, Looie496 (talk) 22:12, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Your WP:User page
Gerweck, It is time for you to add something (anything) to your WP:User page. It will get the red out of the history of your edit. Happy editing. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 12:15, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
Please elaborate
...on this edit. I don't find your edit summary makes much sense. Given the original sentence is a bit confused, your edit doesn't make the meaning any clearer. If you like I can send you the source. Tom Reedy (talk) 18:05, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
