SEDS website

The SEDS website is an unreliable reference. Much of their material is either out-of-date or unreferenced and therefore should not be relied upon. Please do not use it in the future. Dr. Submillimeter 09:12, 23 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I may have misunderstood by what you meant in your comments when you edited the NGC 5195 article. It sounded as though you were using SEDS as a reference. Anyhow, thank you for understanding the issues with the SEDS website. A lot of amateur astronomers use the SEDS website when they find that information is missing or unreferenced in astronomy Wikipedia articles, but they do not understand that the SEDS website is very unreliable.
