Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
- You're late. Also, automated. Ckape 04:44, 3 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Hey, thanks for the help in adding to the DM&E page. I've added a bit more on the Powder River plans from a quick search this morning, and I'm submitting the article for a "Did You Know..." feature. slambo 15:10, Jan 5, 2005 (UTC)

Trains?
Hey, I don't know anything about trains, but I'm trying to find someone that does. You see, many of the most requested articles are British Rail Class articles and EMD locomotives articles. To see the long list of wanted aricles, go to User:Gkhan/Mostwanted#British_Rail_Classes. Thanks for any help you can offer! --Dmcdevit 04:53, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
Wikipedia Help Survey
Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. At the moment I'm trying to learn more about how people use and find the current help pages. If you could help by filling out this brief survey about your experiences, I'd be very grateful. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will not be tied to your username in any way.
Thank you for your time,
