Hi Chuuumus, and a warm welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you have enjoyed editing as much as I did so far and decide to stay. Unfamiliar with the features and workings of Wikipedia? Don't fret! Be Bold! Here's some good links for your reference and that'll get you started in no time!
Most Wikipedians would prefer to just work on articles of their own interest. But if you have some free time to spare, here are some open tasks that you may want to help out :
Wikiprojects - So many to join, so many to choose from...Take your pick!
Oh yes, don't forget to sign when you write on talk pages, simply type four tildes, like this: ~~~~. This will automatically add your name and the time after your comments. And finally, if you have any questions or doubts, don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Once again, welcome! =)
Image:Studentcenter screenshot.jpg listed for deletion

An image or media file that you uploaded, Image:Studentcenter screenshot.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.
hey there! you added the above image to List of social networking sites yet StudentCenter.com isn't a social networking site, and isn't in the list. Since that is the only article which was using the image, I've listed it for deletion. If you wish to comment on this, please see it's listing at the above link. Thanks. └ UkPaolo/talk┐16:02, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
The Student Center
Latest comment: 9 February 20061 comment1 person in discussion
hey there... thanks for your message regarding The Student Center. I think there's some confusion... I only removed the screenshot which you added to List of social networking sites since the site wasn't included in our list, and because from what I could see at a glance, the site wasn't what I termed a "social networking site".
I note from the edit history that you had previously added The Student Center to our list, but this was removed by another editor (not myself).
Apologies for the confusion, I should have checked the edit history to see whether it had ever been included. If I'm honest, I didn't know there was an article about The Student Center, either, since I noted the screenshot was only in use on the list page (and was thus orphaned by my removal). I have now reverted List of social networking sites to include The Student Center, and will retract my nomination for the deletion of Image:Studentcenter screenshot.jpg, adding it to the appropriate article.
You may read our inclusion criteria for websites at WP:WEB, and I suggest that you ensure the article establishes the site's notability per these guidelines.

Hi Chuumus,
Great to receive some help on developing this page, its a pretty big undertaking and I appreciate your help.
I especially like the use of pictures to further illustrate some of the plot lines within each episode.
I haven't had a lot of time recently to continue development, but in the long term I hope we'll have a complete transcript.
I probably need to be less descriptive in some of the plot lines.
My only comment on the table is:
I think we should bold the title of each episode.
I'm uncertain as to the value of documenting the director and writer for each episode.
Maybe some of this should be in the talk page for SATC Detailed ;) Anyway, thanks for your help.
Apologises for the late reply, I just bought an apartment and I've spent the past 2 weeks moving. I'm still on dial-up awaiting dsl :)
Yeah I think the short plot descriptions are the best way to go. I will try and curb my writing. As for giving away the plot, hmm I guess this is a "detailed" description of each plot so I don't see a problem with that. I'll take a look at othe detailed plot lines and see what they have.
As for your question surrounding the HBO official guide, I never noticed!
Btw, I checked your profile out, I find it ironic your profile is similar to mine. I'm a hobbiest programmer but have an engineering background, I'm a technical security consultant by day.
I've worked in NYC, was over there about 3 months ago for some work - a fun place indeed. People are very friendly to Australians.
Should we continue this convo on the 'detailed list' discussion page? I started it on your profile because I've never contacted anyone before and I wanted to make sure you noticed the message :D

Thanks for uploading Image:Kentarokaji.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the Template:Tl tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as Template:Tlp or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Shyam(T/C)19:27, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Orphaned fair use image (Image:Studentcenter smiley.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Studentcenter smiley.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Satc 2x01.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Satc 2x01.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
Another editor has added the "Template:Tl" template to the article Student.com, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the Template:Tl template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Company 2006.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Company 2006.jpg.
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Student.com, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the Template:Tl notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add Template:Tl to the top of Student.com. Chuuumus, I obviously do not think that you are attacking someone "personally", as I can't imagine that you know the subjects personally. However, I couldn't help noticing how you went after the last subject right after a disagreement you had with its author. Of course, you have every right to do so if you think that the subject is not notable. Anyway, thank you for your advice. However, I am not an expert on fire-walking myself, but I am a scholar of religion. I do know and have worked with both the subjects of our discussion (thus my assessment of their entries), but I am neither one of them, and I am not the author of either one of the entries under discussion. You obviously have me confused. I will do some work on the CSR article. Thank you for the dialogue. GreekTiger (talk) 22:26, 3 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Fair use rationale for File:Familybusiness.jpg
Latest comment: 7 November 20101 comment1 person in discussion
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Familybusiness.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 14:46, 7 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as DWAI, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. The page has been nominated for deletion, in accordance with Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disambiguation link notification for October 12
Latest comment: 12 October 20141 comment1 person in discussion
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 770 Broadway, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 4th Avenue. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DWAI until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Steve Quinn (talk) 04:17, 16 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
