I am Petros Apostolopoulos, a Ph.D. candidate in Public History at North Carolina State University. My Ph.D. project examines how historical knowledge is produced on Wikipedia. CDA, have a look at the top 3 lines in Special:Log/CDA. For the first 2, you created the pages in the wrong namespace i.e. in article/main and the article talk namespaces. That's why they were deleted. I have also done this accidentally. The 3rd row from a few years ago is the correct way. The page is in the User namespace.

• I'm sorry, I assumed that an editor with your amount of experience would know about namespaces, but evidently I was wrong. If you do now understand then that's fine, but just to be sure, here are a few words of explanation. Any page intended mainly for your own use for testing, preparation, notes, etc, should have a title beginning "User:CDA/" There are other namespaces, such as draft space, with titles beginning "Draft:", article talk space, beginning "Talk:", and so on. The only pages without one of these namespace prefixes in their titles should be articles, which are described as being in "mainspace".
