White Lipped Tree Frog
What a beautiful shot of the White lip, thanks so much for the contribution. Is he a pet? --liquidGhoul 13:19, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- Not exactly a pet, he just lives on the balcony. bignoter 14:24, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- Even better, you can enjoy watching (photographing) a beautiful frog, and he can enjoy living free :). Do you have other frog species photos? --liquidGhoul 14:31, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
Hey bignoter, your white lipped photo is currently a candidate for featured picture. Some people are having a problem with the size. Would you be able to upload a larger version? --liquidGhoul 10:44, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Certainly. The original photo is 7 megapixel, but unfortunately I will not be able to upload it before Feb 25. bignoter 22:49, 13 February 2006 (UTC)
Re:Midazolam
Not sure if you looked on my talk page, but Colin pointed out something which I had been overlooking: bioavailability differs depending on the administration route. With I.V. injections, bioavailability is by definition 100%. I.M. injections are generally only slightly less.
You were correct though, that the bioavailability for an oral dose of midazolam is just under 40%. Drugbank lists it as 36%, so I've changed the page to reflect this. I've also added the intramuscular bioavailability, as the I.M. injection is one of the most common routes of administration.
Thanks for pointing out the discrepancy, by the way. Let me know if you see any other information on the benzodiazepine pages that seems spurious.

Frog FPC
The nomination period for the White lipped tree frog has ended, and I'm afraid the larger version came too late. LiquidGhoul has said that he may nominate the larger version again, or you could nominate it yourself if you feel it is suitable. Raven4x4x 10:04, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
Tramadol
Thanks for the message. Things are never simple in pharmacology, unfortunately. =) I had a quick look at the Micromedex Drugdex monograph, which quotes details from a review by Shipton (2000) (Template:Catalog lookup link):
- The (+) enantiomer of tramadol and its major metabolite bind more strongly to the mu-opioid receptor than the respective (-) enantiomers
- The opioid and 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) reuptake inhibitory effect is about 4 times more potent in the (+) enantiomer, whereas the noradrenaline reuptake inhibitory effect is in the (-) enantiomer
So I guess you're right about NAd reuptake, but both enantiomers have some μ-opioid and 5-HT reuptake activity. I'll update the article to reflect this information. -Techelf 10:39, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Leonard Dembo
I have nominated Leonard Dembo, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Leonard Dembo. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference
Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.
Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 18:54, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for File:Australian 20c coin.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Australian 20c coin.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Theleftorium (talk) 20:17, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:Australian 20c coin.jpg)
File:Ambox warning blue.svg Thanks for uploading File:Australian 20c coin.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:02, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

The file File:Enflurane.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the Template:Tlc notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing Template:Tlc will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
