AMA request

On the article KSBI, Roxy13 and a user from 69.150.216.162 have repeatedly added that KSBI is Oklahoma's only locally owned statewide TV network. Oklahoma's PBS affiliates, OETA, also operate a statewide TV network (with better statewide coverage). OETA is owned by the state and thus would seem to be defined as locally owned. I have attempted to update the article to point out that KSBI is Oklahoma's only commercial locally owned statewide TV network, but this was also deleted. I have also attempted to contact Roxy13 via his talk page.
