I believe that the way to see it deleted would be to place it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:AFD see under the first section add new entry. I've believed for a while that this article should be deleted but I'm not entirely sure how the process works so I didn't. I believe it to be advertising, unencyclopedic, and there are no reliable sources for the article and little chance of finding them. If you want to use the Template:Tl for references, it's easier to just fill in a blank template.
