Provencher removal

While Dr. Provencher has an impressive resume, that doesn't mean she is a notable person associated with the City of Sanford. Generally, people listed in the "notable people" sections of articles on cities should already have an article about them- and Dr. Provencher does not AFAIK. I'm not seeing where that person might merit an article, either; many people who have PhD's do not have articles about them. I would suggest reviewing some of the notability guidelines for some tips on what might merit someone an article and listing on Wikipedia. 331dot (talk) 22:19, 20 June 2014 (UTC)
