Some things about me.
I'm an American, born and raised in Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Area, and this may be one reason for my progressive views. I am currently a graduate student studying political science in New York. I'm interested in various issues including politics both in the US and abroad. My hobbies include basketball, American football, travelling, archaeology, anthropology, history, Near Eastern affairs, Slavic studies, literature, films, comicbooks, alternative rock, alternative hip hop, r&b music, foreign languages, and sometimes writing articles for wikipedia.
