All visits are recorded based on current entities and boundaries, even if I had visited a location before changes occurred. The 'next visits' are not a bucket list or a planned itinerary but rather my best estimate of where I might end up first if I were to visit an unvisited country on each continent. This forward-looking approach helps complete the list, and I compare these predictions with actual travel, which more often than not takes me back to previously visited countries and regions. Still, the UAE was on the list, then I traveled there. Since, I've conservatively replaced it with Qatar as the 'next next'. I've visited the airport and next time I might make it into town! :-)
