Template:Tlx Request the following be added at the end of the template:

If the copyright status of images tagged with this template and uploaded cannot be confirmed as free, they should be [[Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion|listed for deletion]].''

This will prevent further new images with this deprecated license template being added while existing images are cleaned up. Kelly ^hi! 01:14, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

I would agree to this change, because tagging it with this is like tagging it with a disambiguation page, which leaves others guessing at to what kind of public domain image it is, or if it is public domain at all. Public Court Records

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Image_copyright_tags/Public_domain has no entry for such records. I believe all court filings are public records, and therefore public domain (for example, all the court filings posted on thesmokinggun.com, or Scientology documents filed in court and subsequently widely disseminated, with the court record being used as justification for publishing an otherwise secret document). Evidence: "the public record of any court case [is] in the public domain" according to public domain, with a citation. Perhaps we need a pd-court tag with the explanation in quotes above.--Elvey (talk) 23:36, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
