Tarpey Village first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. Census.[5]
At the 2020 census, Tarpey Village had a population of 3,997. The population density was Script error: No such module "convert".. The racial makeup of Tarpey Village was 52.3% White, 1.2% African American, 1.9% Native American, 11.3% Asian, 0.3% Pacific Islander, 18.6% from other races, and 14.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 40.2% of the population.[6]
The census reported that 99.7% of the population lived in households, 0.3% lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and no one was institutionalized.[6]
