Moved founder and name of Konstadt (now Wolczyn) here, due to ongoing wikipedia destruction by [1].

Konstadt, Silesia now: Wolczyn was founded as Con(se)stadt in Upper Silesia circa 1280, when the founder of the town/city (German: Stadt) was a person named Conse. The official city name remained Konstadt (Last updated spelling), Silesia until the 20th century.
