Policies

I feet that more should be said about Whole Food's environmental policies. Keremm May 9 2006

Flagship Store

I think that there needs to be something said about Whole Foods' flagship store in Austin as it adds/changes a lot of things not normally found in a regular Whole Foods store. Dragonfire September 4 2006

Controversy Section Should Be Expanded

The controversy section, as is, just rattles off a list of areas of criticism against Whole Foods, but doesn't actually have any real information about any of them. If such controversy does exist, the inclusion of news items relating to each, and a brief summary thereof, would be a useful addition to this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.169.254.213 (talk) 02:19, 11 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

I just added a section on tattoos and facial piercings, which I hope people will expand and/or argue with. It does seem a bit ironic to see facial piercings in a health food store, as they do pose a risk of infection, both to the wearer and food customers, and project an image of self-mutilation to Whole Foods' supposedly child friendly brand.Horsechestnut (talk) 21:50, 2 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Amazon-owned Whole Foods is quietly tracking its employees with a heat map tool that ranks which stores are most at risk of unionizing

Not sure where to include this

I already added Template:Trim&oldid=Template:Trim a bit. Could be reworded, of course. Eisfbnore (会話) 13:02, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

lol fake news bud, the real story is that we and our spouses/partners are being discounted 20% as employees — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.153.242.98 (talk) 23:47, 14 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Company structure

This is very strange that there's no mention of the the associates having voting rights and their pay being no less than 19 times less than the CEO. The co-op aspect of this company is unique and I'm puzzled as to why it's not even hinted at here? Apeholder (talk) 00:41, 25 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Legality of anti-union tactics in Madison

As stated, the company refused to negotiate with the newly formed union at the Madison store. Doesn't the NLRA require companies to negotiate in "good faith?" Was WF's refusal thereby illegal or otherwise actionable? And if so, why were there no regulatory or legal consequences for the company? Ham Pastrami (talk) 23:43, 4 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Are you suggesting something to be added to the entry? If not, this isn't the place for this question. --ZimZalaBim talk 02:12, 5 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Marketing shots of buildings removed

Two photos were removed from sections that had nothing about them and only served as promotional marketing.
