The Forbidden Zone
Strieber's 1993 novel "The Forbidden Zone" is in no way a novelization of the 1980 Richard Elfman movie. Look it up on Amazon, Good Reads, etc.; it's an unrelated book with the same title. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thomasroche (talk • contribs) 18:16, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for pointing this out. Whitley Strieber's 1993 novel The Forbidden Zone is indeed unrelated to Richard Elfman's 1980 film of the same name. The novel is a horror story dedicated to H.P. Lovecraft and explores themes of parallel universes and monstrous entities, while the film is an absurdist musical fantasy comedy based on performances by The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo.[1][2] Let's make sure that the article reflects this distinction accurately. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention! Mesoutopia (talk) 03:57, 23 March 2025 (UTC)

When you say non- fiction … does that not mean fact ? 2A00:23C6:6CCC:C201:B0D4:13AA:6CC3:5957 (talk) 02:52, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
