need rewording

So the note about uniformizations of relations in L(R) is really awkward at the moment. Maybe it should be a footnote? Just throwing it into the first sentence in the bullet above it, it seems to me, makes the thing kind of hard to follow. ZF or ZFC ?

"It follows from ZFC alone that Π11 and Σ21 have the uniformization property."
