I reverted the change of the place of death from Chicago to Kansas City. Rose & Souchon's "New Orleans Jazz: A Family Album" and John Chilton's "Who's Who of Jazz" both list Chicago as Hall's place of death. What was the source/reason for the change? (Or was this some subtle attempt at vandalism?) Wondering simply, -- Infrogmation 21:20, 19 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Parents
A website http://www.doctorjazz.co.uk/draftcards2.html states that his parents were Joseph Hall and Sally Hall of Sellers, Louisiana (Now Norco). The article is by an identified author, Hal Smith. Once a "fact" gets into Wikipedia, everyone repeats it, so I hesitate to add it to the article. Edison (talk) 18:16, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
