Roberto Alomar level of excellence removal

Since Alomar is not in the Blue Jays Level of Excellence anymore, should his block be removed from that section? Newfiebluejay (talk) 21:10, 9 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

I would say yes, but I would rather wait for consensus first. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 00:53, 10 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
Let us know since the Blue Jays have returned to Toronto for the remainder of the 2021 season. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 01:57, 5 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Typo in third sentence: "the majority its home games"

Script error: No such module "protected edit request".

Typo in third sentence: Should read "Since 1989, the team has played the majority [of] its home games at Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto." JJQuinlan (talk) 01:47, 15 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

File:Yes check.svg Done Thanks for catching that typo! I fixed it right after you commented. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 01:52, 15 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Jays Care Foundation

I wanted to ask if the Jays Care Foundation arm of the organization should be mentioned on the page or if it should have its own page, since I noticed a discussion on the length of the current page a few comments up. Please advise on the best course of action for this proposal and if there is another route open. Thank you. Datsa54 (talk) 20:22, 23 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Yes, the Jays Care Foundation should be mentioned in the Toronto Blue Jays article, but please keep the section brief and sourced, both from the Jays Care Foundation itself and from third-party sources not affiliated with the Jays Care Foundation. Eventually, when the section gets larger, it would get its own article. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 02:06, 24 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Johnny Au Thank you for your thoughtful and thorough explanation. Datsa54 (talk) 00:38, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
No worries, Datsa54. It will be added when the time comes. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 02:13, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Script error: No such module "protected edit request". It says the Blue Jays made the playoffs via the wildcard in 2020 and 2022. They have also qualified via the wildcard in 2023 however that hasn't been updated as of yet. Iceman121982 (talk) 06:35, 2 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

File:Yes check.svg Done I have added it myself, though it has been further updated since with the Blue Jays losing both Wild Card games to the Minnesota Twins in 2023. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 14:05, 2 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Why is there no mention about the SkyDome years??

Nothing about SkyDome in the “ballparks” section. 2607:FEA8:7D69:5C00:B8FC:EB00:5F9E:1569 (talk) 23:43, 28 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

See History of the Toronto Blue Jays. Much of the information from the SkyDome years has been moved there very recently to avoid duplication and the main article is already too long. See also Rogers Centre for the stadium itself. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 00:55, 29 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Typo in the last paragraph of History, “Blue Hays”

“During the regular season, the Blue Hays designated Cavan Biggio for assignment and traded him for a prospect afterwards.”Arbyslover16 (talk) 20:08, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Script error: No such module "protected edit request". In the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame section, in the entry for Matt Stairs, change his birthplace from "St. John" to the correct name of the city, which is "Saint John" 142.139.0.187 (talk) 12:59, 26 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Script error: No such module "protected edit request". Under the minor league affilations section, in the table under the rookie row, under the team name FCL Blue Jays row, the Location and ballpark are in the wrong columns. They should be swapped. ColdThief (talk) 08:33, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
