total sales

there is no clear description on the total sales of the book. Only the first year is covered, and I believe only for US. There should be slightly more details on these. 18.111.35.180 (talk) 03:29, 13 May 2010 (UTC)

References

The references should be using reference or citation templates so that things like access dates for URLs are consistent, shouldn't they? Hu (talk) 00:13, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
