Washington, D.C. neighborhoods
I'm removing the "neighborhoods" category tag from this article, because Southeast is not a neighborhood. In fact it is made up of at least a dozen neighborhoods, probably closer to two dozen. To call it a neighborhood is misleading, to say the least.Msclguru 03:15, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
