- Yeah, the description of the reason makes it sound like they were worried about hunters. But in a (1977) episode of the series 'In Search of...', the DA said it was more for the reason that they thought the creature "had [not] done anything to deserve to be shot or captured".Rja13ww33 (talk) 17:59, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
