Not sure what to make of this, but it appears that this text appears in the following article: http://www.onelang.com/encyclopedia/index.php/Saint-Louis-du-Ha!_Ha!,_Quebec. Not sure if this is them copying from you (if so, they don't give attribution to Wikipedia) or the author of the Wikipedia article copying from them, but it bears looking at.

Why the exclamation marks?
