Unclear if accurate on US
The article currently states that "it is illegal for providers to sell SIM locked devices" in the United States. I am not sure that this is true. I think the bill offered as citation meant that it is not a crime to unlock one's device, but it might still be a violation of contract. More to the point, that doesn't mean necessarily that it's illegal to sell a SIM locked device. This practice remains commonplace. I am going to remove the United States reference in that sentence.
